OPEN POSITIONS
"MAKATI BRANCH" - Tours Representatives
  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  2. No work experience required though some work experience, in Hotel Management or Tourism Services is a plus
  3. Required Skill(s):
    - Good Team Player
    - Great Organizational Skills
    - Has good communication skills
    - Has the ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
    - Someone who is smart, well-spoken, gives attention to details, so as to give good customer service
  4. Experience is a plus factor, but we also welcome fresh graduates who want to build a career and stay for a long term with us
  5. Full-Time position(s) available
Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly learn about the products and services of Rakso Travel
  • Learn and enhance proficiency on use of computerized reservations system as well as other internal systems integral to job description
  • Perform data gathering as required in the development of tour packages (international/domestic airline/hotel rates, tour itineraries, etc.)
  • Receiving of telephone calls
  • Receiving, monitoring and confirmation of client inquiries/bookings thru phone, emails and online chat facilities set up by the company
  • Successfully closing transactions
  • Assist clients with their travel needs
  • Process customer billings, collect deposits and balances
  • Responsible for communicating confirmation or changes to booking requirements with customers
  • Learn to handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds
  • Assist in preparation of daily sales reports and other documentation requirements related to sales operations
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Superiors
