R-Points Members should be 18 years old and above.
Register R-Points in 2 easy ways:

A. Online
- Upon clicking the R-POINTS icon on the upper right part of our website Homepage, click on the Sign up or Create your account button and fill out the required details such as: email address, password, first and last name, gender, and birthday. You can also sign up by using your Facebook or Google Accounts.
- Tick on the checkbox “I agree to the terms and conditions of use for this website and the privacy policy of Rakso Travel”.
- Click the SIGN UP button to proceed with the registration.

B. Offline
- Fill out the R-Points Application Form and send the accomplished form to cns@raksoair.com or visit any of our Rakso offices and submit it to one of our tour representatives.
Your account will be automatically activated after a successful registration!
R-Points Member’s Account has no expiration if you are continuously earning points within 3 years excluding the transferred points. The earned points are valid as long as the account is active.
Upon registration, you will automatically get 200 Points. This is non-transferable. You will also have the chance to earn more points when availing any of our products & services.

International Tickets: 10 R-Points per person.

Group Tours: 10% of the tour cost per person
**Special Promotions/Events: Earn 5% of the tour cost per person for group tours transactions

Free & Easy Packages: 20–50 R-Points per person.

Cruise Packages: 30 R-Points per person.

Customized/Premium Tours: 5% of the tour cost per person.
Note: Max of 5 immediate family members under the same transaction can earn R-Points
R-Points membership registration should be done prior to the travel date in order to accumulate points.

For Group Tour / Free & Easy / Cruise Packages
- Earned R-Points will be credited to your profile 30 working days after the trip.

For International Tickets
- Earned R-Points will be credited to your profile within 3 to 4 working days upon sending an email request to our Ticketing department at bookyourflight@raksotravel.com.

For Group Tour / Free & Easy / Cruise Packages
- Members should use their registered email address to accumulate points on their profile prior to the travel date otherwise, the points will not be credited.

For International Tickets
- Members will be given a 6-month period after their departure to request their earned points to be credited otherwise, Rakso Travel has the right to forfeit their points.
A. REDEEMABLE ITEMS
- A minimum of 500 Points is required for use during redemption. For easy R-points redemption, send us an email request at cns@raksoair.com together with a copy of your valid ID for verification purposes. Please take note that the redemption processing time takes 14 working days upon confirmation.
B. RAKSO TRAVEL VOUCHER
- Save your money and use your points as a rebate with Rakso Travel Voucher. We require a minimum of 500 R-Points to be used in order to convert the points to our exclusive voucher. Send us an email request at cns@raksoair.com together with a copy of your valid ID for verification purposes.
Cancellation of redemption or exchange of items/travel vouchers will no longer be allowed once a request for redemption has been emailed. Deduction of points will be done after the finalization of items/services.

Redemption Requirement:
A minimum of 500 R-Points is required for every redemption request.

Updated E-Voucher and Admission Ticket Conditions:
- Rakso E-Voucher is only applicable for group tour packages and free and easy packages.
- For group tour transactions, a maximum of two (2) Rakso e-vouchers can be redeemed per transaction
- For free and easy transactions, one (1) Rakso e-voucher can be redeemed per transaction
- For Attraction Tickets, members may redeem up to two (2) tickets per transaction, provided they have an active hotel or air ticket booking for the same destination.

R-Points Earning Policy:
Members who redeem their R-Points to offset payment for any transaction will no longer earn new R-Points from that same transaction.

Cancellation and Exchange of Redemptions:
Once your redemption request is submitted via email, cancellation or exchanges of items will no longer be allowed.

Instant Deduction of R-Points:
Please note that R-Points will be instantly deducted once a redemption request is processed.

Exclusion of Other Discounts:
R-Points redemptions cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
