For multiple countries you have to input either your last destination or your farthest destination. Example your itinerary will be Germany, Austria, and then Switzerland, you may input Switzerland if that will be your last stop. Other example routes could be like this: you will travel to Spain with a stopover to Hong Kong, you must input Spain as it will be your farthest destination. And then for duration you must input your actual tour date, date of departure and date of arrival to Manila. After inputting all of these details the website will suggest several travel insurance plans, you may select the product that fits your preference.

In case of trip extension abroad, please notify us prior to the expiration of the policy, a minimum of 48 hours before expiration. We will extend the validity of your insurance up to a maximum of 180 days and subject to an additional premium. Please note that we are unable to extend policy effectiveness for lapsed policy. 

HOW CAN I MAKE A CLAIM?

For any emergency and in need of immediate assistance while on travel, please contact the 24-hour emergency hotline of the insurance company. You will need a policy number, Name, and ID Number indicated on the policy for an agent to assist you.

 

For getting any claim after the trip, you may send the following documents through our office to help you with the processing:

a. Duly filled up claim form - we will provide this form to you.

b. Relevant bills, invoices, receipts related to support your claim.

c. Copy of your biopage passport with visa and stamps of arrival/departure for the trip.

d. Copy of your flight ticket including original boarding passes.

e. An official written report (police, hotel staff, airport staff etc.) of lost, stolen, or damaged items.

f. Medical Certificate if in need to claim for medical coverage.

g. Written report from the airline regarding trip cancellation or delays including the reason of delays, revised schedule, and receipts of additional expenses incurred.

 

Note: Depending on the type of claim above documents might be necessary which will help the insurance company team to assess and process your claim.

The delay/loss of baggage must be certified by the Common Carrier Operator stating the details delay/loss.  Once you arrive in Manila, you need to accomplish the travel insurance claim form. You need to provide the information of the item/s lost or damaged such as date purchased, purchase cost, brand, model, size etc.  Original receipts of your emergency purchase of essential replacement items of clothing and toiletries must be kept.   1. Pre-existing diseases or conditions 
  2. Accident due to sports or engaging in reckless activities
  3. Self-harm accident such as suicide
